Usage Throttling

BigOven keeps track of the requests a given api_key makes each hour.

The BigOven Build API imposes limits on the maximum rate per hour at which requests can be made of the API server. This throttling exists to ensure a high quality experience for all consumers by protecting against abuse of the service. Different plan levels provide different request limits per hour.
